Golden Hairstreak was a life species for me. Several were seen in a small patch of scrub in an old burn off route 120, just outside the Park border. |
| Mono Lake Tufa South was an interesting place to bird. Sage Sparrow, Sage Thrasher, and Brewers Sparrow were among the avian highlights. The Tufa formations caused by submerged calcium deposits were neat. |
