This trip to Belize was not terribly thought through at the outset. Shelley and I had decided on dates we could travel and let the internet and Travelocity guide us to our destination in the sun. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We had an absolutely wonderful trip. Belize is a beautiful country with a desire to share their natural and cultural resources with travelers from around the world. The licensed Guides we encountered in our adventure were absolutely wonderful. Our special thanks go to Hilberto and Martin from the San Ignacio Resort Hotel where we spent the week. Their insight into the land and people of Belize was the anchor point of our trip. The entire Hotel and their staff are highly recommended by us to anyone traveling in the country. If you go, Tell them we sent you...
